Office Policies

Our office staff is here to assist us in providing unsurpassed quality medical care for our patients.  We are proud of them and the work they do.  Should you have any comments at any time on the care given by the physicians or staff, please share it with us.

Our patients are seen by appointments allowing more convenience to the patient and the opportunity for better care.  Please arrive 15 minutes early to your scheduled office appointment for paperwork.  We strive to adhere to the appointment schedule; however emergencies do occur and they must take precedence causing some delay.  We apologize in advance and ask that you try to appreciate that any one of us may someday be the one requiring emergency care.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so that we may give your appointment time to another patient.

Telephone Calls
If you have a problem or question between appointments please call us.  State the reason for the call and you will be routed to the appropriate staff member.  Please leave numbers where you can be reached.  It is not our policy to treat patients over the telephone.  If you are ill, please see us.

It is not our policy to prescribe new medication over the telephone.  If you need a medication or a refill please ask your provider about this at the time of your visit.  If you need a refill between office visits please allow at least 48 hours.  Call your pharmacy to request a refill.  Refill requests are handled from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.  Prescriptions are not refilled after hours, on weekends, or on holidays.
